I believe that relationships both form and transform us. When we have real, genuine connection with others, healing and growth naturally occur. My approach to counseling with adolescents and adults is integrative and informed by relational psychotherapy, narrative, attachment, and family systems theories.
We’ll work together to find underlying beliefs and emotions that negatively impact your life and explore your current and past patterns. My hope is that this new awareness will inform your establishment of new ways of being that bring healing and positive change to your life.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Stetson University in DeLand, FL and graduated in 2016 with a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in Seattle, WA. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LH61384990) in the state of Washington. I am also registered as a Professional Counselor Telehealth Provider (credential number 732) in the state of South Carolina and Telehealth Licensed Mental Health Counselor (registration number TPMC5457) in the state of Florida.

FEES & INSURANCE
Individual Session (50 minutes): $150
Individual Session (90 minutes): $225
If affording therapy is a concern, please let me know. I offer reduced fee appointments for anyone who has financial need.
I accept cash, checks, debit or credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. As an out-of-network (OON) provider, I do not accept insurance or file claims for you. Most insurances accept claims for reimbursement and I am happy to provide you with a statement/receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider.
SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS
I provide telehealth only appointments to residents of Washington state, South Carolina, and Florida. I am currently accepting new clients.
I believe we benefit from therapy when the process is engaged consistently and with intention. Depending on your goals and concerns, you may need only a few sessions or longer term therapy.
I provide a free 20 minute consultation by phone to help us determine if we are a good fit. After that, we’ll schedule an intake session and then determine what schedule would work best for you.
