My integrative, trauma-informed approach is influenced by my training in relational therapy, attachment theory, object relations, and family systems. In our work, we’ll gently explore the themes, beliefs, and emotional patterns that have shaped who you are. As we uncover new insights together, you’ll begin to develop new ways of being that support healing, resilience, and authenticity. I’m committed to consistently showing up with honesty and warmth as we move through this work together, and as you build a life that feels more open, empowered, and genuinely your own.
I work with adolescents and adults residing in Washington, Florida, and South Carolina.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies from Stetson University in DeLand, FL and a master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from The Seattle School of Theology & Psychology in Seattle, WA. I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington (Credential Number LH61384990) and Florida (Credential Number MH27456). I am also registered as a Professional Counselor Telehealth Provider (Credential Number 732) in the state of South Carolina.

FEES & INSURANCE
Individual Session (50 minutes): $150
Individual Session (90 minutes): $225
If affording therapy is a concern, please let me know. I offer reduced fee appointments for anyone who has financial need.
I accept cash, checks, debit or credit cards, and HSA/FSA cards. As an out-of-network (OON) provider, I do not accept insurance or file claims for you. Most insurances accept claims for reimbursement and I am happy to provide you with a statement/receipt for you to submit to your insurance provider.
SCHEDULING & APPOINTMENTS
I provide telehealth only appointments to residents of Washington state, South Carolina, and Florida. I am currently accepting new clients.
I believe we benefit from therapy when the process is engaged consistently and with intention. Depending on your goals and concerns, you may need only a few sessions or longer term therapy.
I provide a free 20 minute consultation to help us determine if we are a good fit. After that, we’ll schedule an intake session and then determine what schedule would work best for you.
